Happy 9 Months!

Where do I even start?  Maybe I should start by asking where on earth did our baby go?  Only one more month before we hit double digits!

Here are the most notable things Lleyton is doing at 9 months:
- He started crawling the day after he turned 8 months and has been non stop ever since!
- He started standing probably just a week after crawling!  He can pull himself into a standing position and even stands one handed.
- Such a dare devil, he has no problems letting go from a standing position and usually falls after several moments.   Once we timed 10 seconds of standing!
- He can walk along the sides of his playpen and moves himself along furniture to get to where he needs to be.
- He can give kisses, kinda sloppy though ;).   He can also wave hi and bye and knows "high five".  He has mastered the "So Big" with hands up in the air when prompted.
- He knows exactly what the iphone can do and moves his thumb to change the screen.  Today he posted on my facebook and made two comments ;).
- Eating food still pureed but a bit thicker.   Lots of new things... lentils, turkey, chicken, cauliflower, blueberries, and more.   Loves his puffs but not too proficient with picking it up himself and recently started eating mum mums.   We found out in a bad way, Lleyton is not so good with bananas (lots of vomiting and rashes!)
- I keep forgetting to mention that he LOVES tags and labels.  Daddy jokes that he has that in common with Momma...haha.
- He clearly knows his Momma, Dadda, Nana, Pappa,Tim, and best buddies Maddie and Peyton
- He is pulling things off now-- hats, socks...
-  He hates getting his diaper changed now.  What a challenge to change the little Bubba.   We do it on the floor now!
- He finds things funny and laughs out loud when others are laughing too.
- Loves to kiss himself in the mirror.
- Loves to people watch.  Especially girls!
- His hair is growing and growing.   Looks like Momma is going to give in and set up an appointment for a haircut.
- Sleeping is finally better and more scheduled.  Thanks so much to the inventors of the Marpac sound machine.   Life saver!
- Stats for the month:  weight: 18.10 lbs (almost 25%), length: 28 inches (50%), and head ircumference: 45 (35%)

All in all, he is so adorable and we just can't believe how fast this is all going.   Momma is in the throws of birthday party planning.  Just 3 more months and you will be a toddler.   Oh my!
