Yet another of many firsts! Lleyton you cried the first time Mom tried to feed you rice cereal. We weren't sure if it's because you were not ready for solids or if you just did not like the rice cereal. Then we introduced organic acorn squash. You LOVED it!!! We'll be trying veggies before fruits. I have a feeling you'll be a foodie like us :).

6 Months

6 Months, What a big day today is!!!!!!

Today, Lleyton you are half a year old. We just keep looking at you, so in awe. You are growing so much in just 6 short months with so many "firsts". We are truly the luckiest parents in the world!

So what exactly have you been up to?

- You are now in size 3 diapers. Momma isn't so sure if she should buy more 3's. Seems like size 4 might just fit soon enough.
- You weigh 16.13 lbs (25%), 43.5 for head circumference (25%) and 27 inches long (75%).
- Most of your clothes are 9 months but we are also already wearing 12 months too! So many unworn clothes because you outgrow them too fast and/or you wiggle too much it's easier to just put you in rompers/sleepers all day :).
- You have taken the love for your feet to a new level. You even grab them in your sleep (2 am, 3 am...lol).
- You squeal with delight now when we fake sneeze. Mom got sick this week and you learned to fake cough. Silly boy!
- Your favorite games are "Lleyton piano" and "Pop goes the weasel"... videos to come.
- Your best friends are Maddie and Peyton and they think you are pretty swell too ;).
- Besides Mommy and Daddy, your next favorite person in this world is Nana Karen and Papa Jim (a special post one of these days!)
- Most notable milestone this month is rice cereal for the first time. It was not love at first bite. You hated it and cried. But a few days latter, with help and advise from Nana Karen, you are taking 4-6 spoonfuls.
